These are some common concerns and curiosities surrounding the idea of participating in mental health counseling and wellness services.

Where are you located?

We are also able to provide services statewide in Florida via telehealth.

We seek counseling in our everyday lives from our friends, family, church or clergy, or social media. The truth is that sometimes that’s just not enough. Pursuing counseling does not mean that something is wrong with you. In fact it means the opposite. The people that we have had the privilege of working with have pursued counseling because they are ready for change.  It is our belief that just as you pursue help with your physical health; you should not neglect your mental health, spiritual health, and financial health.

When you come in for your first (intake) session your therapist will complete a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms and needs. During this session the therapist will also be looking to start to build a rapport with you.  During this session and your subsequent sessions,  you may start to work on identifying your goals. Overall, your sessions will be uniquely related to your needs and goals.  You may or not be given a relevant DSM diagnosis. No diagnosis will be applied without first discussing it with you.

Self-Pay Clients:

Intake Sessions-1.5 hours

You must complete an intake session before starting on going sessions at All Well Health. It is during this comprehensive assessment that we will gather relevant information about the history, areas of concern, and goals to be able to create a treatment plan with personalized recommendations and determine if we will be the best fit for your needs.

$135 for Individuals

Follow-Up sessions are $95 for Individual Sessions which are 45 mins each 

Couples Therapy Intensives-Cost: $450 paid in full at time of booking

30 min Consult Call must be completed before scheduling a Couples Therapy Intensive-$35 booking fee for video/phone consultation.

Couples Therapy Intensive Session is 4 hours long w/small breaks and will include the cost of the Prepare-Enrich Assessment which both parties must complete prior to attending the intensive. The results of this assessment will be discussed during the session.


Hypnotherapy-$125 per session (typical treatment duration is 4-6 sessions)-must complete Intake session first.

Sound Therapy-$75 per 45 min session-must complete Intake session first.

All services can be selected individually if you elect not to sign up for a membership package. At AWH we are set apart by offering affordable and accessible care options to meet a variety of needs through our prepaid Membership Plan model. 

 *Sliding scale options available on a limited basis as needed.

*Some providers are in network with several insurance plans (United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, FL Blue/BCBS, Compsych EAP, Health Advocate EAP, Ulliance EAP, SpringHealth EAP) while others may be considered OON (Out of Network). 

By offering self-pay and membership options, our services are accessible to everyone and uninhibited by the limitations that many insurance plans include such as: requirement of a mental health diagnosis in order to receive treatment, limitations on number of sessions allowed, high deductibles, and mandates to utilize treatment modalities that may not be in the best interest of the client.

The length of services may vary depending on your individual needs.  Most clients will attend anywhere between 6-12 sessions.  Services are typically scheduled either weekly or biweekly.
